1000251697 Ontario Inc. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) establish a stormwater management works structure servicing a proposed development of a truck terminal with 48 truck trailer parking spaces, and the replacement of the existing 8.6 meter long and 2.6 meter wide culvert and the installation of a new 13.4 meter long and 2.1 meter wide culvert on a site described as Part of Lot 47, Concession 1, in the Township of Sandwich West, City of Windsor, Ontario.

The proposed sewage works will consist of an underground storage facility and an OGS unit for water quantity and quality control, respectively. It is proposed to connect the Stormwater management system of the development to the Sprucewood Avenue Drain along Maplewood Drive. The Sprucewood Avenue drain flows southward along the east side of Maplewood Drive and then flow westward along the north side of Sprucewood Avenue to the Detroit River.
