Original proposal
Proposal details
Description of instrument
The purpose of this formal application for consent is to sever a rectangular portion of land, PIN 56013-0465, of approximately 0.12 hectares from PIN 56013-0292 to the west to be added to the adjacent PIN 56013-0076 to the south. The proposed lot addition is approximately 0.12 hectares with 60.5 metres of frontage and a depth of 17.6 metres. The proposed severed lot is approximately 0.88 hectares (0.21 ha, 0.55 ha & 0.12 ha) with frontages of 117.5 metres & 230 metres and depths of 41.1 metres & 112 metres; and would be 0.76 hectares after the lot addition. The proposed receiving lot is approximately 0.25 hectares with 34.1 metres of frontage and a depth of 50.4 metres and would be 0.37 hectares after the lot addition.
The proposed lot addition will allow the receiving lands and lot addition to be sold together without contravening the Planning Act, as PIN 56013-0465 and PIN 56013-0292 have merged. Access to the subject land is by a Tar Barrel Trail, a Crown-owned road maintained on a year-round basis. The subject land is within the Reef Point Local Roads Board boundary.
