The 2018 Closure Plan Amendment for the Williams Mine was filed by the Director of Mine Rehabilitation with changes addressed in the Closure Plan Amendment Update dated January 31, 2019 to address government technical reviews.

PR-18-000133 (013-3354) has been issued. The exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air) was issued to Praxair Canada Inc. which replaces all current Environmental Compliance Approvals for Air and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions from Praxair Canada Inc.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on June 21, 2019 in respect of Application 54-C-176116 for a lot addition to an adjacent agricultural property in Ingram Township, District of Temiskaming. Retained lands have a residence at 224316 Denomme Road. This decision can be appealed on or before July 12, 2019.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 54-C-181164 to separate lands that merged on title. PIN 61243-0292 will be severed from PINs 61243-0290 and 61243-0291 on Rosegrove Road, Otto Township, Temiskaming District. The last day this decision can be appealed is July 12, 2019.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) to Soprema Inc., located in the City of Woodstock, Ontario. This facility manufactures bitumen (asphalt) membrane waterproofing product.

We issued a new consolidated Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) covering an eight subsurface disposal systems located on the Poltawa Country Club Parcel.

An aggregate licence was issued to Strada Aggregates Inc. to excavate aggregate material from a new pit operation 60.7 hectares in size. The annual tonnage is up to 1,250,000 tonnes, in combination with two existing aggregate licenses (129167 and 625155).

The applicant did not provide requested information by the deadline provided and as a result this application has been cancelled.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval for Deeth & White Limited has been granted for stormwater management works to service the fuel area in a commercial card locked fueling facility complete with an associated fuel transfer rack and yard equipment, located on Line Road 3 in the City of Peterborough, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for an existing greenhouse stormwater management facility serving Terra Greenhouse Ltd.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been granted to Tri City Ready Mix Limited facility, located at 3805 Boomer Line, Heidelberg, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been issued to L.T.L. Contracting Ltd. for the operation of a mobile crushing plant, equipped with two (2) crushers, a screener, a stacker, two (2) loaders and a diesel-fired generator.
