I am adding to my comments made in September I very disappointed with the Ministry of environments ineffectiveness to solve the odour issues in my neighbourhood . Since August 30, 2018 I have personally reported 18 odour occurrences . There have been many more that I have not reported due to the lack of frustration . Lush continue to vent their building and operate after hours. Lush manufacturings loading dock is approximately 50 feet from my fence line , Their building is about 8 feet for my fence line . Every time that they’re open their bay doors and load their trucks there fumes exit the building .The loading bay should be moved to the other side of the building further away from homes. They should not be allowed to operate because of the impact of their fumes and emission on nearby homes and park. I continue to suffer the loss of enjoyment of my property and surrounding neighbourhood including the park . The odour Occurrences that I have reported In the last two months demonstrate that the company continues to be a non-compliance. Therefore a new ECA should not be issued and the current ECA should be withdrawn. I trust that the Ministry of environment will do the right thing and help protect me and my family and the surrounding community. Thank you Al Melo
