Official Plan Amendment No 2 (the five-year review of the Township of Armour Official Plan) adopted in accordance with section 17(34) and 21 is final and not subject to appeal. Accordingly, Official Plan Amendment No 2, as approved with modifications by the Minister, came into effect on May 15, 2019.
